St. Mary's School in Tomahawk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about teaching, committed to student growth, and excited to be part of a close-knit Catholic school community.
This teacher will be responsible for:
• Planing and delivering engaging physical education lessons aligned with state and diocesan curriculum standards • Develop age-appropriate activities that promote physical fitness, motor skills, and overall wellness • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners • Promote the dignity of every student in accordance with Catholic teachings • Support and model Catholic values in daily interactions with students and staff
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field • Valid Wisconsin Teaching License (or ability to obtain) • Strong behavioral management and communication skills • Commitment to supporting students emotional, socially, and spiritually • Willingness to collaborate with staff, families, and administration
