Job Summary:

Reston Hospital Center is seeking an experienced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician just outside of Washington D.C. in the fast-growing and highly desirable community of Reston, VA.  This full-time role combines clinical care and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality, collaborative, patient care.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Virginia
  • Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Superb communication skills and a passion for program development and collaboration
  • Leadership experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inpatient rehabilitation evaluations and ongoing medical management for patients
  • Oversee and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nurses case managers and other clinicians
  • Serve as a physician‑leader partnering with hospital leadership and administration teams to support program expansion, strategic planning, and operational performance.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
