Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation  Per Diem Physicians in the following locations: 

PM&R in San Jose, CA - PM&R Hourly Range is $160 - $165

PM&R Interventional in Union City, CA - PM&R Interventional Hourly Range is $194 - $200

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
