Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

Central Health Management, Inc.  seeks a board-certified PM&R Physician for a full time contracted position with responsibilities for direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation center.  

In this role, you will assess patients for new admissions, round on existing patients with follow up assessment and treatment a minimum of three days per week, complete discharge orders, educate patients and families/caregivers, update charting in a timely manner, and collaborate with other medical staff in the treatment of each patient.

To qualify for this opportunity, you will have:

• Active and unencumbered medical license to practice in the state.
• Board certification in PM&R
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Ability to complete a standard credentialing and onboarding process
