Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (PM&R) Woodbridge NJ$300K+ Base Salary + Bonus | Full-TimeWe are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist) to join a leading private orthopedic and sports medicine group. This is a full-time opportunity covering multiple established locations throughout New Jersey. The incoming Physician will be covering multiple locations– Woodbridge, Tinton Falls, Toms River & Plainsboro.What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Perform EMG/nerve conduction studies and musculoskeletal ultrasound
• Perform injections including corticosteroid, HA, and PRP
• Prescribe medications, therapy, and rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry)
• Active or eligible for a New Jersey medical license
• Experience treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Strong clinical and communication skills
