Physical / Occupational Therapy Aide

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Aide to join our rehabilitation team. Our ideal candidate will be a personable, kind, and professional individual, with exceptional communication skills, and a positive demeanor. Must have a passion for providing the highest level of service to patients, and therapists and posses the skills to lead effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting incoming patients.
• Assist with setting up patients.
• Organizes and sanitizes treatment areas.
• Supporting therapists in providing care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional telephone and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who has the ability to deal with a wide variety of people in an effective and courteous manner.
• Must be reliable, dependable, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Organizes and sanitizes treatment areas.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA as well as internal policies.
• Computer proficiency.
• Collect and audit patient charts and reports.
• Responds to incoming correspondences or phone calls.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
