Physical or Occupational Therapist

Doctors of Physical Therapy On-site is looking for a part time physical or occupational therapist to partner with leading American manufacturers in state-of-the-art industrial settings. This position will split between 2 of our clients. Focus is on injury prevention, ergonomics and wellness programming. DPT has helped keep thousands of workers safe from injury by providing innovative solutions in the field of environmental health and safety. We offer thorough onboarding, training, and mentorship. Schedule: 20 hours/wk, Must be available for 6 AM start on Wednesdays and from 7-9 PM 2 nights/week If you love orthopedics but want to slow down the pace a bit, this may be the perfect position for you! Responsibilities: Make recommendations for proper body mechanics and workstyles Provide new employee injury prevention education Perform ergonomic assessments Walk the production space and interact with employees Perform injury screens and provide first aid Roll out pre-shift warm up exercise program Partner with industrial client's management team
