We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Security Administrator to support enterprise-wide physical security operations. This position will focus on coordinating access control, CCTV systems, badge management, and security process documentation to ensure the protection of employees, facilities, assets, and information.
The ideal candidate will have a background in physical security administration, access control systems, and vendor coordination, along with strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of CCTV and access control systems with vendors and internal departments.
Perform access control troubleshooting, logging issues, and escalating to vendors when necessary.
Manage and process help desk tickets in CRM for physical security and access-related requests.
Create, print, ship, and distribute employee and customer ID badges; oversee badge audits and system updates.
Manage access permissions for offices, data centers, POPs, and co-location sites.
Oversee inventory of physical security supplies (keys, HID cards, badge holders, ribbons, etc.).
Run and distribute daily access control and incident reports for management review.
Support remote access configurations by connecting to servers and resolving access issues.
Maintain compliance with established security procedures, standards, and departmental expectations.
Provide high-quality customer service to internal users and external partners.
Assist with configuration and usability of applications, peripherals, and access systems.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Working knowledge of door access systems, CCTV software, and badge printing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
3–7 years of related experience in physical security administration, access control, or facilities support.
Hybrid schedule with consistent onsite and remote days each week.
No travel required.
Overtime not expected.
