Overview
The Physical Security Engineer (Video Surveillance/Access Control/Integration) position collaborates with a team of sales, estimation, engineering, and field technicians to ensure proposed solutions, are communicated, and implemented appropriately, to the budget, and with the best client satisfaction.
This position is on-site in San Diego, CA
Compensation Range Starting At: $90,000 - $120,000/yr. (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401k matching program.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED
Must have active Industry Certifications
Minimum five years of engineering experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment for the following products:
Qognify Ocularis 5.x Professional/Enterprise/Ultimate
Milestone Xprotect VMS (Corporate, Expert and Professional Plus)
Avigilon ACC Software, all versions
Wisenet Wave VMS
Verkada
Eagle Eye Cloud VMS
Video Surveillance Hardware
Cameras: Axis, Hanwha, Avigilon, Bosch, Verkada, Eagle Eye, etc..
Servers: Seneca/DELL , HPE, Cisco UCS
Access Control/ Intercom Hardware
Hirsch/Identiv
Brivo
Avigilon ACM
SALTO
Verkada
Keyscan
Axis/2N
Aiphone
Network and Data Center Infrastructure
Microsoft Windows Server

A high-level understanding of Data Center virtualization and Windows system administration is highly desirable.
Detail understanding of the Low voltage systems, as well as communication protocols are required.
Project coordination and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills.
