About this opportunity

The Physical Security Expert serves as a critical safeguard for organizational assets, ensuring the protection of people, property, and facilities. This high-visibility role requires a refined combination of analytical awareness, risk assessment expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully manage a dynamic and security-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external security partners to ensure seamless protection of facilities and personnel.

  • Meticulously upgrade, monitor and evaluate security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm networks, ensuring full adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, with the aim of achieving full protection of the assets of the organization.

  • Conduct detailed risk assessments, penetration tests, and execute security protocols with precision, including preventive investigative work.

  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities proactively to prevent breaches, safety risks, or unauthorized access.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.

  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with the setting up of security systems: surveillance, metal detection, connection with law enforcement databases, and etc.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk identification;

  • A calm, professional demeanor with the ability to respond to high-pressure situations;

  • Associate's degree (required) or 2–4 years of professional experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.

  • Background in law enforcement agencies, such as FBI.
