What You Bring
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in physical security - spanning consulting, design, program management, or enterprise advisory roles.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly growing a consulting practice, service line, or business unit within a professional services or technology company.
- Broad knowledge of physical security technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements (ASIS guidelines, ICD 705, UL, NIST, etc.).
- Proven track record of client-facing advisory work at the enterprise or government level, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience managing or organizing multiple concurrent projects, with strong command of project governance and delivery discipline.
Skills & Attributes
- Entrepreneurial mindset - energized by building something new and comfortable operating with ambiguity in the early stages of a practice.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills; able to influence and inspire confidence with C-suite, security leaders, and technical teams alike.
- Strong network within the physical security industry - integrators, vendors, trade associations, and end-user communities.
- Highly organized with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to complex, multi-workstream engagements.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across WWT's matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or PMP.
- Experience with security technology platforms from leading vendors (Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Bosch, etc.).
- Prior experience at a technology integrator, VAR, or professional services firm in a practice-building or solutions development capacity.
- Familiarity with federal/government physical security standards and programs (HSPD-12, FICAM, DoD/IC facility standards).
Growth & Career Path
This role is designed to evolve. You will start as an expert-level individual contributor, establishing the foundation of WWT's Physical Security practice. As the practice gains traction and the team grows, this position is expected to expand into a practice leadership role - with responsibility for hiring, developing, and leading a team of physical security consultants and advisors.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
