Pay Range: $70 to $75/hour on W2

This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of physical security projects, from initial planning and execution to final delivery and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in security systems and a disciplined approach to project management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of access control, video surveillance, and other security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Oversee the installation of physical security systems.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor performance.
• Track project budgets and identify scope changes.
• Ensure project documentation adheres to standards.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience w/ field construction, physical security or low voltage elec experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in utility sector project management, particularly with physical security or low voltage electrical installations, is preferred.
