As a Security Administrative Specialist, you'll oversee essential administrative duties that support our security management operations. You’ll work closely with the security team to ensure smooth and efficient processes that contribute to a safe environment.

What You'll Do
As a Security Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Ordering parts and supplies necessary for security systems
• Entering and dispatching work orders accurately and promptly
• Performing camera audits to ensure security footage integrity
• Scheduling security-related installations and maintenance
• Verifying completed installations and updating relevant data records
• Managing various data entry and administrative projects with detail-oriented focus

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative or security-related experience
• Proficiency in typing at least 40 WPM
• The ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• A positive, self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive
• The ability to handle a heavy workload while retaining and managing information effectively
