In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient setting, create and implement personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care while upholding high clinical and documentation standards.

CompensationCompensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, including productivity incentives, with additional earning potential for certifications and location differentials. Our benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
