- Plan and develop therapeutic intervention that are educationally relevant and integrated into the student's educational IEP.
- Provide Integrated/direct services agreed to by Admission, Review, and Dismissal Committee.
- Conduct periodic reassessment of therapy objectives as indicated by student's IEP.
- Maintain a system of documentation that is professional, efficient and accountable that conforms to district PT program policy, including electronic documentation and SHARS documentation.
- Provide training to educational staff related to implementation of therapeutic intervention.
- Monitor and collaborate by teaching and supervising other professional and paraprofessional who are involved with the implementation of Physical Therapy intervention procedures.
- Monitor the inventory and use of assistive technology for therapeutic intervention.
- Perform all duties relating to the IDEA B Grant at 100%.
- Participate in program development activities as directed by Lead OT/PT Therapist.
- Participate in continuing education and professional growth objectives.
- Attend staff and other meetings when appropriate.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.

- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution valid Texas License as an occupational therapist granted by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy Examiners.

- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
