Therapeutic Associates Creswell Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our innovative outpatient team.

Clinic Environment This clinic is led by an experienced PT who fosters a respectful, supportive, and flexible work environment. Schedules are fully customizable, time off is encouraged, and workloads are adjusted proactively. Whether that means limiting eval volume, adding documentation time, or modifying schedules when needed.

With private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and performance-focused equipment, clinicians are set up to deliver high-quality care without feeling rushed.

What You Bring

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation: Base compensation starts at $83,000 to $95,000+, with a total compensation package of $94,000 to $106,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available.
