Join our dynamic team at a Level One Trauma Center, where the Physical Therapist plays a pivotal leadership role within interdisciplinary patient care teams. This position involves assessing patient care needs, collaboratively developing tailored care plans and goals with patients, and implementing a diverse range of treatment techniques within the scope of practice. You will provide education and support to patients and their families while facilitating ongoing care planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient care needs.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment processes and self-care strategies.
  • Participate in staff management and cost management initiatives.

Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Ohio.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Experience:

  • Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related experience necessary.
  • Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
