Position Overview

A leading healthcare system is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation Services team in Fort Myers, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative acute care environment while helping patients regain mobility, strength, function, and independence.

• $76,000–$124,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Acute care hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Assist with safe discharge planning
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Patient Population

Patients may include those recovering from:

• Stroke and neurological conditions
• Cardiovascular and respiratory conditions
• Orthopedic injuries and surgeries
• Oncology-related conditions
• General weakness and deconditioning
• Other complex medical conditions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License required
• No experience required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Acute care experience preferred but not required
