Job Summary
LivWell Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team full-time. This position offers the opportunity to work in a positive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional individualized care while building meaningful relationships within the community.
We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their goals through evidence-based treatment and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient response and goals
- Maintain compliance with insurance and documentation standards
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging clinic culture
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Passion for serving patients with excellence and compassion
- New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply
