    Full-Time Physical Therapist - Multiple Positions

    Overview
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of physical therapy, including orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, and inpatient settings. This role requires the ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.

    Duties

    • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
    • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home care strategies.
    • Conduct discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from inpatient care to home or community-based settings.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Experience

    • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
    • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
    • Experience in orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, or home health is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to physical therapy practice.
    • Familiarity with developing care plans and conducting discharge planning processes is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

    Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
