Pay Range: $71 - $72/hour. 
  • 13-Week Contract
  • 40 Hours expected Weekly
  • Day Shift | Monday–Friday
  • No On-Call
  • Local & Travel Candidates Welcome
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services in outpatient, acute care, and home health settings.
  • Treat patients recovering from surgery, injuries, and medical conditions.
  • Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Travel between area facilities and patient homes as needed.
  • Monday–Friday schedule.
  • No on-call requirement.
  • Local and travel candidates accepted.
  • Fast interview and offer process.
  • 40 hours expected per week
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Active Physical Therapist license.
  • Strong outpatient therapy experience required.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Experience with post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Experience treating sports injuries and geriatric patients.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
