Why DeWitt Physical Therapy?\nDeWitt Physical Therapy specializes in orthopedic, spine, and sports rehabilitation using a patient-centered, evidence-based approach. As a hybrid clinic - insurance and self pay - we are able to work with patients from post-operatively through performance and return to sport training. We are proud to share a facility with CrossFit UP, our PT-owned CrossFit affiliate, creating a unique environment where rehabilitation, performance, and fitness work together seamlessly.

Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) Orthopedic Certification\nAs part of our commitment to clinician development, we regularly host Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) courses at our facility and cover tuition costs for clinicians pursuing the ICE Orthopedic Certification.
\nThis certification pathway includes:
\nAll four courses rotate through our clinic every 18-24 months, creating a clear and achievable pathway toward advanced orthopedic practice.
Clinical Athlete Mentorship\nWe have partnered with Clinical Athlete to provide interested clinicians access to their flagship 4-month mentorship program.
