**Job Description**
We are seeking a licensed **Physical Therapist Assistan** t to join our Bothell clinic. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, guide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation.
+ Implement treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
+ Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
+ Monitor and document patient progress
+ Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging clinical environment
+ Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
+ Washington State PTA license (or license-eligible)
+ Outpatient experience preferred but not required
+ Strong communication and patient-care skills
