    About North Boulder Physical Therapy

For over 40 years, North Boulder Physical Therapy has served the Boulder and Northwest Denver community. Locally owned since 2019 and building on that legacy rather than reinventing it. With four locations (Boulder, Golden, Westminster, Superior) and services spanning manual therapy, sports rehab, dry needling, and post-surgical recovery, patients get comprehensive, evidence-based care close to home.

Join the team and you’ll get unlimited continuing education from day one, in a clinic that runs on real values: winning together, owning mistakes, giving back. Our outcomes rank in the top tier nationally, and how you’re doing outside the clinic matters to us as much as how you’re doing inside it.

    Compensation Package

This role pays $60,000-$80,800 a year, and our powerful bonus structure is a big part of why. In addition, we provide:

    • $5,000 sign-on bonus

    • Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

    • 17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

    • $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

    • Relocation assistance available

    Benefits

On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:

    • Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium

    • HSA option with employer contributions

    • 401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately

    • Dental and vision insurance

    • Short-term disability and life insurance options

    Why Clinicians Choose NBPT

At North Boulder Physical Therapy you’ll get more than a paycheck. You’ll get a career path, mentorship, and the chance to work in one of the country’s most beautiful regions. Some highlights:

    • Clinical autonomy whereyou make the calls on patient care

    • A new grad mentoring program that builds up your caseload as you’re ready for it

    • Unlimited continuing education and specialty certifications, no budget cap, no approval process

    • A real path to Clinic Director or another clinical leadership role

    • Reasonable caseloads and flexible scheduling

    • Evidence-based care, backed by the technology and time to deliver it

    Life in Boulder County

There are physical therapy jobs, and then there are physical therapy careers in a place people love to live. Boulder doesn’t need much of an introduction: the Flatirons, Pearl Street, Chautauqua Park, some of the best road cycling in the country, close to 300 days of sun a year, Rocky Mountain National Park 45 minutes up the road. With clinics in Westminster, Golden, and Superior too, you get Boulder County life from wherever makes the most sense for you. Work where you’ve always wanted to be.

    What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

    • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

    • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

    • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

    • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

    • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

    Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PTA who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

    • A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associates from an accredited program

    • A Colorado PTA license, or eligibility for one

    • All experience levels are encouraged to apply

    • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

    • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

    • Current CPR certification

    Physical Requirements

    You’ll need to:

    • Lift up to 50 pounds

    • Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

    • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

    Equal Opportunity Employer

North Boulder Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status, and we’re committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
