• New York State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Minimum one year of prior experience

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• Bachelor's Degree required
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in New York
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of rehabilitation software
• Current BLS certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
