Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our rehabilitation team. We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and PRN (Per Diem) positions. If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain a positive, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
