The Role
The clinic is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a general outpatient caseload, working alongside the treating Physical Therapists. Compensation and benefits are negotiable based on experience and skill.
Relocation and Housing
A $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance are both available, and the relocation money is paid even if you do not incur relocation costs.
The practice also assists with housing. One featured option is a three-bedroom rental with a private dock and deep-water access at $2,000 per month.
Requirements
Compensation and Benefits
Physical Therapist Assistants start at $35 per hour, with rates negotiable.
Benefits include Anthem health and vision plus Delta Dental with the employer covering seventy percent of the employee premium, a Fidelity-managed IRA or 401(k) with an employer match up to three percent of annual salary, three weeks of PTO for new graduates or four weeks for experienced clinicians plus one additional day per year of employment, and up to $1,500 per year in continuing education reimbursement.
