Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: 1725 W Harrison Street Suite 440 Chicago, IL
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $28.00 - $34.00 /hour
RUSH Physical Therapy is looking for a physical therapy assistant with interest in working with the ortho and neuro population to join our dynamic clinic. We have a large team of clinicians and provide various speciality servies within our clinic (neuro, cancer rehab, vestibular, dry needling, pelvic floor, amputee). This is a great environment for someone looking to grow their clinical skills. In our clinic we also provide OT and speech therapy services, as work together to create a comprehensive treatment experience for the patient.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
