    Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
    Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time

    Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who brings energy, compassion, and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs
    • Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
    • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
    • Monitor and document patient progress and modify plans as necessary
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards


    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
    • Current Physical Therapist Assistant state licensure
    • CPR and BLS certification
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • New graduates are welcome to apply
