A leading rehabilitation services provider is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team within a premier senior living and rehabilitation community.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while helping patients achieve greater mobility, independence, and overall wellness.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic interventions designed to improve function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and progress
• Participate in care planning and rehabilitation strategies
• Support positive patient outcomes and quality metrics

What You'll Need

• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Ohio PTA License
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing experience
• Long-Term Care experience
• Senior Living therapy experience
• Rehabilitation experience with geriatric populations
• Experience working in interdisciplinary care environments
