Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Ferndale clinic. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, guide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging clinical environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Washington State PTA license (or license‑eligible)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and patient‑care skills
