    Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant at Rebound Rehabilitation will support licensed Physical Therapists in providing high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services to patients. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care in accordance with clinical standards. The role involves direct patient interaction, educating patients on home exercise programs, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team to ensure safe, effective, and efficient therapy sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fleming Island, FL, requiring consistent presence in the clinic to deliver hands-on patient care and support a positive patient experience.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques, with the ability to follow and implement therapist-directed treatment plans.
    • \n
    • Demonstrated commitment to Quality Patient Care and patient-centered service, including clear communication and empathetic interaction.
    • \n
    • Experience or interest in Orthopedics, including assisting with post-surgical and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
    • \n
    • Active license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain), and graduation from an accredited PTA program.
    • \n
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
    • \n
    • Basic computer and EMR skills, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
