Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Tuesday – Saturday | 40 Hours/Week
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate: $30 - $33/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and therapeutic activities in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

  • Active New York State license.

  • BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

  • Assist with patient care and therapeutic activities under the direction of the physical therapy team.

  • Support patient mobility and rehabilitation activities.

  • Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and patient-care standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
