Physical Therapist Assistant

Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support restorative and rehabilitative care for senior residents. In this role, you will implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists, guide residents through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and document outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing and therapy teams to promote mobility, safety, and independence.
