Position Overview

We are currently expanding our rehabilitation services and seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant PTA to join our team at Pine Street Open Door location. What Youll Do

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. • Monitor and document patient progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety. • Maintain therapeutic equipment and ensure proper usage. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care. • Assist with insurance authorizations and accurate coding. • Comply with CMS reporting standards, including MIPS. • Uphold clinic policies and contribute to an inclusive care environment.

What Were Looking For

• Associates degree from an accredited PTA program. • Current Oregon PTA license or eligibility to obtain. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Experience in outpatient or community health settings (preferred). • Familiarity with FQHC operations (a plus). • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Commitment to confidentiality and cultural sensitivity. • Must not be listed on any State or Federal exclusion lists.

Physical Requirements & Accommodations
