Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Current BLS certification (if required by state/facility).
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
