Regular Pay: $10/hr Overtime Pay: $15/hr Weekly Housing Stipend: $1125.60 Weekly Per Diem: $360 Weekly Gross Pay: $ 1,485.60(subject to completion of scheduled hours) Key Responsibilities: Shift: 8 hr Day Scheduled Hours: 40 hours [Hours per Facility] Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving overall function. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality patient care.
