We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. You will work directly under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and collaborate with chiropractors and medical providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols
Provide hands-on therapy including stretching, mobility work, and neuromuscular re-education
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
Educate patients on posture, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise
Experience in outpatient ortho, sports rehab, or chiropractic setting preferred
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude
BILINGUAL SPANISH /ENGLISH is a must.
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
Spanish speaking is a MUST.
Experience with spinal decompression therapy
Background in sports performance or athletic rehab
Familiarity with cash-based or hybrid wellness clinics
Interest in integrative therapies (shockwave, recovery modalities)
