ShoreFit Training & Rehab is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1-on-1 services in the Long Beach Island area!
This role is perfect for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality patient care.
THE ROLE
Provide outpatient one-on-one PTA care
Serve clients throughout Long Beach Island/Manahawkin
Manage a flexible, therapist-controlled schedule
Treat primarily older adults, neurological conditions, balance, and post-op clients
Deliver truly personalized, relationship-based care
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-Licensed Physical Therapist (NJ) or Physical Therapist Assistant - Comfortable working in office setting - Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills - Interest in neurological conditions, balance, and functional mobility
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-$65,000+ base salary (experience dependent) - Flexible scheduling - 3 weeks PTO - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Supportive, non-corporate environment - Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice - Unlimited CEUs
