Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

$5,000 Sign-On BonusTerritory: Clarksville, Jeffersonville, Sellersburg and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Active PTA license (state of employment)

• 1+ year acute care PTA experience required

• Home health experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license + auto insurance

Role OverviewProvide skilled PTA services under PT direction, support patient treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and complete timely documentation in compliance with agency and Medicare guidelines.
