We're actively seeking industrial specialists, (ATC, PTA, PT, OTA) to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a PRN position, hours are not guaranteed.

Shift: M-F 6a-9p are the current site hours

Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are looking for an Athletic Trainer to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a PRN team member with availability to provide on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

Who You Are:

  • Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct pre-employment screenings.
  • Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
  • Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
  • Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
  • Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
  • Track and report program metrics.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
  • Working in a safety sensitive environment
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Dress Code:

  • Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
  • Steel toed shoes
