About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment at all times

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current PTA licensure in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Prior clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
