What You’ll Be Doing: Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques (as appropriate within scope), and functional mobility training
- Accurately document patient progress, response to treatment, and modifications in accordance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, caregivers, and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Follow structured clinical processes and adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient therapy environment
- Track and manage supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for patient care
