Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Crofton
Crofton, MD
$34–$39/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment, helping them improve mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, transfer training, and functional movement programs
  • Support individualized care plans designed to help residents achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals
  • Observe resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and rehabilitation team members to provide coordinated care
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
