Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation department. This weekday PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Experience with Net Health is a plus
