We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab department in a skilled nursing setting. This role offers the chance to work closely with residents while delivering functional, goal-oriented therapy.
Your Role:
- Carry out treatment sessions focused on improving mobility and independence
- Assist with walking programs, positioning, and therapeutic activities
- Monitor patient tolerance and report changes to the Physical Therapist
- Educate residents on exercises and safety techniques
- Complete required documentation
