Munger Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Fort Gratiot.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and hands-on treatment techniques
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Help create an encouraging and positive rehabilitation experience for every patient

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Michigan PTA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Experience working with post-surgical and sports-related injuries
• Passion for providing individualized patient care
