Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
• Assists PTs in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Monitors patient progress and reports changes to PT
• Provides hands-on therapy and documents outcomes
