Working one-on-one with patients in their homes, you'll help individuals recover from illness, injury, surgery, and hospitalization while improving their mobility, confidence, and quality of life.We have opportunities available throughout each of our three territories, including:South Territory: Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, WestportCentral Territory:  Ridgefield, Redding, Danbury, WiltonNorth Territory: Danbury, New Milford, Brookfield, Bethel, NewtownOur defined service territories are designed to help minimize travel while allowing you to become a trusted healthcare provider within the communities you serve.Position OverviewAs a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services that help patients safely recover and remain independent in their homes.
