Job Summary: We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The role involves working at both the center and in participants' homes to improve independence, safety, and overall function. Office hours for this role is Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Administer treatment programs as directed by the Physical Therapist. Assist with vital signs, range of motion, and strength testing. Work with the rehabilitation team to implement treatment plans. Schedule participant treatments, clinical visits, and handle billing. Provide and document physical therapy interventions such as: Active and passive exercises. Muscle re-education. Gait training and functional training for activities of daily living (ADLs). Modalities including massage, heat, ultrasound, hydrotherapy, light, or electrical stimulation. Participate in end-of-life care coordination when needed. Requirements: Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or proof of eligibility in the state of practice. Foreign PTA degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency. Two years of experience as a PTA in a clinical setting with frail or elderly populations preferred.M
